    Directions: Take Hwy 5 to the Washington street exit in San Diego. Drive east approximately 2 miles to Fifth Avenue. Our Hillcrest office is at the top of the Continental Rehabilitation Building on the corner of 5th and Washington. Parking is beneath the structure and the office is accessed via the office building elevators. This office is one block from Mercy Hospital.
