Our
neurosurgeons may be reached through (619) 297-4481 or fax
at (619) 291-5536. At least two of our board-certified neurosurgeons
are on call at all times including nights and holidays.
Additionally, some of the surgeons may 
be reached through
e-mail. If you can not understand or hear the spoken
English language you must bring a competent interpreter. Our
clinic can not provide this service.
Our
answering service is provided by our own secretaries and our
nurse! We have found this personal service provides experienced,
courteous and efficient assistance to our patients 24-hours
a day. Leave a message and your call will be promptly answered
by a member of our staff if necessary.
Because
of the specialized nature of our practice, most of our patients
are referred by other physicians. However, we are available to any
patient who desires neurosurgical evaluation. Managed care
insurance programs require prior authorization before seeing
a surgeon. Check with your plan, or call our office for help.
The benefits of our Gamma Knife radiosurgery and movement
disorders programs have
created a regional and international referral base for our
care. Provide
us with your medical history and images, and we will promptly
contact you regarding the suitability of surgery,
radiosurgery or other treatments, without charge. For this
